situated just off the 75, this hotel is clean and tidy, service is first class. Breakfast is good and rooms comfy. The price ( we paid $89 p/night ) is very good and far cheaper than other so called better hotel chain links provide.

I stayed at this property on Sept 25th. Property is beautiful and clean. Customer servive was excellent and mimosas were offered upon check-in. Front desk staff that day was excellent as was Eddie over at the lobby Starbucks in the afternoon! Thank you Eddie for the great conversation! Pools are beautiful and the waterslide was a nice attraction. Complimentary boat ride to the private island is awesome and the boat crew wonderful. Was here on business but will be back for a short vacation with my family!

Travelling by myself, I prefer to choose a larger hotel with full amenities, services, security, easy parking, etc. This was an excellent choice -- thanks to the other many positive and recent reviews here on TA.

This hotel was unique in that there was more of a cafe/bar reception area -- with just a couple of "check-in computers". There was a Starbucks bar tha also served wine and cocktails. No restaurant on site but there were some offerings with that same check-in counter displaying some desserts.

Did not get to use the pool because of rain but the area looked very nice. It is located near many shopping options -- but one would still have to drive to get to them or restaurants. It was a very convenient for my early morning departure at RSW. I would highly recommend and certainly return. Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The room was better than I could have ever imagined -- like a boutique studio apartment more than a hotel room. There really was no view however -- to even offer, as the property faces a main street or parking area. Still, easy to find -- easy on the budget and great design. Breakfast was very nicely 'presented' with just enough complimentary offerings.

I hope to find another Hyatt Place in the future located in a more central city or beach area. Time will tell.

Great place. Great price. Very clean and new feeling. Convenient to lots of places. Great free breakfast. Nice little store in the lobby where you can get food, drink (yes, even booze!) Would recommend it. Will be back again for sure.
