The rooms are large and well equipped with a stove-top, microwave and a large fridge. Granite surfaces abound. This place is clean!!!!!

Very comfortable bed, sheets and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower – with a decent shower-head too.

Breakfast was in a large very pleasant room near the pool area. The offerings included fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, waffles and fruit and all the other regular offerings. Coffee was a bit thin.

When I complimented the staff when I was checking out the person in the reception area said cheerfully in part, “you are our paycheck”. Now I would like to hear the same thing in Paris – LOL.

So, the cold Wisconsin weather was driving us crazy and we decided to hop on a plane and spend a couple days in Ft. Myers. The Homewood Suites is so nice! The free shuttle bus picked us up at the airport and drove us anywhere we wanted to go during our stay! We didn't even have to rent a car! Since this was a short stay, and we'd been to the ocean lots of times, we just relaxed by the pool, shopped at the mall and outlet center and enjoyed the beautiful breakfast and dinners provided right at the hotel. I work for a major airline and we do ALOT of traveling, but, honestly, anytime we can we choose Homewood Suites. We have never, ever, ever had a bad experience with them! (This is our second time staying at this particular hotel this winter) Oh, yes, the beds and pillows are heavenly!!! (It entered my mind to take a pillow home with me, but I didn't ofcourse...) Oh, another cool thing, The Homewood Sutes and Garden Hilton are right by each other and you may use either pool and workout center. The Hilton has a hot tub. They're just a stone's throw from each other. We went back and forth to both...

Clean spacious suite, good service and strong internet service. The pool is not optimally positioned for sunbathing. About half of the poolside lounge chairs were ripped. Try get a room away from the west side, which tends to get noisy thanks to the neighboring Soda Distribution facility.

I stayed here for three weeks, and I have to say compared to any other hotels Ive been to this one was by far the best in town!! The service was amazing not to mention the rooms were first class rooms. They had a home like feeling. One of my favorite services was the complementary food in the afternoons and also the breakfast. Everyone at the Homewood suites treated me with respect and with a great smile. They always remembered my name and room which made me feel like they care about me. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone I know who would be going to ft Myers!
