Let me start with the negative things about this resort.. It seemed a little out dated. I am used to whirl pool tubs in the master bed rooms and this only had a stand up shower in the master bed room. The standard size tub was located in the second bathroom next to the second bedroom. There was alot of wood grain trimming and furniture which I really didn't care for. I was talking to a owner and he explained that the resort was buying new furniture sometime in 2009-Great investment! The water pressure was not strong in the shower or the kitchen sink.
Positive thing about this resort is the location. This resort is great for families. In March 2008 my wife three kids and myself checked into this resort and once we entered the room, looking through the sliding glass door was a breath taking view of the gulf. The beach was about 200 feet from the resort. Once on the beach I observed only a few other families on the beach. It was great, we had so much fun not worrying about throwing the football and hitting someone close by.
This is the best beach that I have visited in the US so far. On the beach we would ride bikes early in the morning and walk late in the afternoon. So many different sea shells on the beach, never seen so many. Four out of the seven days there was dolphins approximately 15 feet from the shore playing in the water-great experience.
I hope this helps out a little for you!
