Every time I come to town, I make sure that this hotel/location is available. I always have such good service, that for me, there is no other option and no other hotel in the area would be able to meet their standards or quality of service.
Every associate I have interacted with (front desk, valet, gift shop, housekeeping, restaurant/lounge, concierge, mgt, maintenance engineers) have always been “best in class”. They all smile, greet guests, ask how day is going, ask if they can help in anyway, make sure to focus on “you” when speaking to ‘you”, and have helped with any service needed. My room has always been clean, neat, comfortable, and makes me feel like I’m at home (and my favorite pillows in the world are on your beds!)
In the past 12 months, I’ve probably spent 60 nights (at least) at hotels and I can honestly say that your location is my favorite. I try to stay at a Marriott Brand whenever possible, and even though I do receive very good service at almost every place I stay, I can honestly say that your location is truly my favorite for the above reasons and probably much more!
Here’s the comparison – I have stayed at Ritz Carlton, Philadelphia. I’m sure you would agree that the Ritz is definitely a top experience. When I think about what was different between my stays at both this hotel and the Ritz in regards to service, the only piece that was different was that Ritz associates have ear pieces that alert hotel staff the customer’s name as they walk down the hall so each associate greets you by name. Now with that being said, once staff at this hotel learn a name – they call us by name too, however, that’s the only difference in quality of service I received so that should let you know that your location is definitely “Best in Class”. Thank you!
Ft Lauderdale Marriott North always makes my stay pleasant and makes me feel very valued and like they want me there. I will continue to stay a Fort Lauderdale Marriott North and will also continue to recommend this location to others I know.
