“One of the Best Stays I've ever had”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

Excellent Hotel and Staff. Cental Location to Downtown and Beaches. Our stay was fatastic. This hotel provided Strabucks coffee for the coffeemaker in the suites. How cool is that? The public areas were very clean. One of the elevators was out of order which was a little inconvenient but but a short walk to the otherside of the atrium to the other elevators wasnt that bad. Some guests complained about the train that runs next to the hotel but I didnt find it that annoying. Very beautiful and peaceful dining area. Live plants ,Palm trees and Koi pond. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Whenever I visit Florida, I always stay at Sheraton Suites, Cypress Creek. It may cost a few extra dollars than the standard hotel but it is definitely worth it. It also has most of the amenities of home. This property is ideal for family vacations, yet suitable for business trips. This all suite hotel is very spacious and can easily accommodate 4-5 people. There is one thing the management can work on, that is cleanliness of the rooms.

I find myself calling on Housekeeping to come back in and clean the bathroom in particular.

There are also a number of Shopping Malls and Restaurants in the area. Isle of Capri Casino is also a few blocks down and there is a Cinema behind the Resort.

But the best benefit of this hotel for me is those sweet sleepers. No bed like it, unless you are staying at a Westin.

Can't wait to get back in a few weeks!

We stayed here a few nights after a camping trip in Fort Lauderdale - Markham Park to be exact. It was just perfect for our family. This ain't the newest hotel on the planet but it was well-appointed. The lobby is so much fun for the kids. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we were trying to save money. The pool was a bit chilly In November but the hot tub was nice. Our room had a microwave and minifridge as well as an eating area. We were able to eat most of our meals with stuff from Publix or I would grab something from Pollo Tropical and bring it back for us to eat at the dining room table in the room. We put our 3 small kids on the fold out couch bed and the baby in the provided crib. That way my husband and I could have some privacy in the back room (door closes). The only down side is the bathroom was a little small for giving baths to all the kids but I can't imagine it would be a problem for most people. The location is very nice. Parking was not a problem. Not far from the beach and all the other things the area has to offer. We used to live there and our former church, Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale was right down the street which was nice too. I would recommend this place as an an excellent bargain for families. We used our Starwood points and stayed for free.

Just returned from a weekend at sheraton cypress creek, the experienced was mixed, we were there with other family members. We actually talked about the hotel at breakfast the following day. My sister gave the hotel 2 stars saying, " thank god I am only staying two nights." my cousin had the worst room, there was urine stain in there room behind toilet. they were literally grossed out, never to returned. My room was ok, no five star, just ok....The one positive was the lobby area clean and nice, my teenage daughters went to the pool and came back to the room after half hour, stating the pool area was dark and uninviting....I gave them a poor rating because out of four rooms only one ok.....Lets do better sheraton.....

Room Tip: I had a room on the third floor facing parking lot that was ok, there is a train line right next doo...

The hotel has a nice lobby, it is very cheap, but the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but for business travel it will suffice. There is a nice american diner next door with excellent american milkshake :)

The hotel could of been cleaner, beautiful loddy, and restaurant area, pool area was ok, but needed sweeping, food very good, and they have the best beds Nation wide. Ill stay again. The distance from the beach was no problem, Fort Lauderdale is a clean beautiful city to sight see your way to the beach...

i have been to the hotel many times.my overall stay has been fine. i was there how ever in the middle of a change over, and that was not to good!!!The front desk persons all but mike could use some lessons in people skills!! the best thing i found at this time to say is it was indeed a wonderful thing working with Debbie Jackson in sales who did everything she could to make our stay great. Hats off to you, Ms Jackson for all of your hard work!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: The high floors are better
