I reserved 2 beds but when checking in they had a king bed for me. Manangement offered me an efficiency for even more money.

My husband, daughter and her friend, and I spent 3 nights at the Tropi Rock. It was fantastic.making the reservations, I thought that the cost per night was very reasonable. What I didn't know, however, was all the perks that were included in this--free beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coffee, internet access, tennis courts and more.
The rooms, grounds, gardens, pools, etc. were an eclectic mix and every time we walked around we noticed something new and different.
Hospitality was great. Mick and Patty know all about Fort Lauderdale and will give great recommendations. Oliver, the dog, will sometimes look over the counter at you while you get info.
Take it from a seasoned traveller, the Tropi Rock is unbeatable.

First of all, Let me say that I used tripadvisor for ALL of my vacation planning, and I was not disappointed in ANY of the details. My sixteen year old daughter and I arrived on a Sunday night and completely fell in love with the Tropi Rock. It has an ambience of a bed and breakfast, and a decorating style unlike any other place I have ever been. The pool is a garden, well lit and fully functional unlike some of the larger chain hotels i have been in. The room was very comfortable, decorated with a flair that brought a smile with every entrance at the end of a day. Mick and Patty are the greatest people ever, they made sure that we always had everything we needed and desired. Without chorusing the other postings about this property, I cannot put into words how many ways this little hotel gave us such big big love. We will be back in December, that is a sure thing. I urge you to read all the reviews, and know that when you are at the Tropi Rock, you are in GOOD HANDS.
