We expected a whole lot more from a 3 star Sharaton hotel. Appart from a fairly decent lobby this is nothing more than a motel. Shabby rooms with dirty carpets and worn furniture. According to the hotels own description it has recently been renovated! That must have been several decades ago. No rooms with balcony, (except a few suites.) Stay away from this one.

We stayed at this hotel Oct 17-18 and I couldn't recommend it more! It is so central to the area.. beaches, port for cruises, airport, and the casino all are w/in minutes from the hotel by car. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The pools are beautiful and the beach is right there. We were able to get a room on the beach building w/an ocean view. It was beautiful. The pool has a bar/restaurant and the service was quick and efficient, the staff there were all pleasant and quick to deliver your drinks and food. The food was delicious as well. They provide lounge chairs on the beach w/the lounges padded and towels are aplenty. You may also rent an umbrella if needed for minimal cost. There are bars and restaurants in the hotel w/a swimming mermaid at times in back of the main bar, so cute. The bed are so comfy as all the Sheratons are. I would definitely go back again in a minute!!

We stayed here the night after our cruise. It was a perfect location. Within walking distance to entertainment. Just a short ride to the port and the the airport.

We stayed here one night and enjoyed it.

No problems and highly recommended.
