“Great location for business, will definitely go back for leisure!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

★★★★ I stayed for a short weekend business trip. Overall, it was a really nice place. I don't have any complaints other than I had to leave on Sunday! If I had more time and used the spa, gym or pool, I very well may have given this hotel a 5 star review.
★★★★★ Great: The beach was gorgeous, white sand, blue water. It doesn't get much better than this! Sea Level and Ocean Bar is were we dined. It was basic bar food. We had the hummus, mussels and shrimp. The mussels were outstanding. The staff was very accommodating to all of our requests. When it was time for us to leave, we walked out the door to a waiting taxi.
★★★★ Good: The rooms were a nice size. The view was pretty and we slept very well.

We have been going to the Harbor Beach Marriott for over ten years now. Each time the experience is relaxing and reliable. It's nice to know you will have a great trip before you even go. Rooms are well appointed. Restaurants and Bar - delicious and fun! Spa is fabulous. Service is great!

You can either stay on the property the whole time or explore A1A and Las Olas Boulevard for shopping, eateries, etc.

Either way, you won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: Ocean view is very nice. If you can overlook the pool you get the best view of everything (and incl...

Thank you for your staying with us. The pool view is an under requested view that not only lets you look out over the pool towards to Harbor, but also gives great views of the ocean. I guess that little known secret is out. I'll pass on your praise to the Sea Level team as well. Thanks you for choosing the Harbor Beach Marriott.

Just returned from a few days while visiting the International boat show...hotel staff where very professional and very friendly---everyone from the front desk, restaurants, towel hut, and parking attendants--just can't say enough good things about the staff. The location on the beach is wonderful although beach/sea conditions were extremely rough while there (hurricane sandy remnants). We consistently stay at Marriott properties and although this hotel was clean and lovely we did feel it is dated and could use some elegant touches and room updates. We had an oceanfront room and it was an excellent view and nice to relax on our balcony watching the sun set.

Room Tip: request ocean front

We stayed there for a conference my wife was attending. What a great week! The food was fantastic. We would immediately turn to Sea Level for a meal if there was the slightest hesitation on deciding where to dine. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. If I had any complaints, it was that there was a large children's birthday party one afternoon, and the staff took over one end of the pool without any consideration for the rest of the guests. But that was one afternoon compared to the rest I'd never give back, listening to the chill music and enjoying a mojito or two by the pool.

What can I say, on the beach; all the amenities. Just try to get the best rate. You won't be disappointed. Just try to get the best price. Be careful booking during hurricane season. Breakfast was costly;however, you get what you pay for, breakfast was excellent!

Room Tip: We had ocean view.

Just got back from our trip to the Harbor Beach Marriott. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were very helpful. One staff member that stands out is Theresa from the Riva restaurant. She was amazing! We were having the breakfast buffet and we told Theresa we were celebrating our anniversary and she immediately came over with chocolate covered strawberries. She was very professional and made us feel like family by the time we finished breakfast. We had a beachfront room and the views are great. The pool area is large with plenty of chairs and the water is warm and comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance about 15 min. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon!

Thank you for your kind words about the hotel and Theresa. She is terrific and we are certainly lucky to have her. Congradulations on your anniversary; we are glad you chose to spend it here in Ft. Lauderdale and at the Harbor Beach Marriott. Maybe we'll see you next year as well?

My third stay at the Harbor Beach in as many years. Still an experience that does not disappoint. At my 5 pm check-in with friendly staff, the requested king room was not available, so I was upgraded to a double queen on a top floor on the beach side. No complaint here. I spent every free minute on the balcony with book and drink, soaking up the rising sun and noisy waves hitting the beach. Bed- and bath rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable (do I need six pillows?), the A/C does its job well and relatively quietly. 3030 Restaurant is top notch (12 pp private party dining in one of the side rooms off the restaurant). Attended a conference at the hotel for three days and all breakfast and lunch meals were of good quality.

Room Tip: The higher the better. Beach side gives you a nice sunrise and the obvious ocean view, city side has...
