"Grande" is NOT what you will find. It's dingy, dirty and under construction. There is NO-ONE at the front desk if you need assistance, you have to call from the hall phone to the front desk to tell them there is someone at the front desk!!! Terrible views for the price (Grande view is worth nothing extra). Front Desk help is vague and not much help unless your Spanish is excellent. The pool is under construction, the decks are under construction, and the staff acts like they are under construction. The water is a nice Urine Yellow!!! I would not recommend this hotel until they get things figured out and can deliver what they charge for. The only good thing I can say is that the location is nice and that the $12 hamburger was pretty good.

We use to stay here when the hotel was a Marriott. Loved it. Now that they had so much damage from the hurricane, the hotel is under major construction. The noise was extremely loud from 7:30 am till 5 pm. Not very relaxing. It was impossible to enjoy the pool area. We were very sorry that we stayed here.The one thing I asked the front desk for on check-in was a quiet room and the one we got was facing the construction. I felt that they just wanted our money and obviously didn't care for our comfort.

We stayed at this hotel during thanksgiving weekend. we were told by expedia that we have been given a harbour facing room, when we arrived we found parts of the hotel under construction which was never mentioned by Expedia web site. The front of the hotel does not look good with wooden boards covering many windows. the room given to us was in a corner with hardly any view of the marina. I don't really know how the hotel was rated 3 stars at expdia site. Room service was poor, the exhaust in the bathroom did not work and they never repaired it inspite of our complaint. Needless to say, we had a bad exp. and my trust in Expdedia has vanished.

Had many concerns after reading previous reviews, but all was put to rest upon arrival Saturday afternoon to catch a cruise out on Sunday. Nice lobby, helpful staff, prompt bellman, clean room, GREAT bed, great view, nice bar by pool, and surrounded by yachts with water taxi at your doorstep. Yes they are still remodeling the tower, and probably will be for some time, but only rooms being used are on either wing (4 floors high) off of the main tower. Free shuttle to beach and again to ship the next morning. Restaurants within walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
