“Hotel is Dirty and needs to be updated”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

We booked this hotel as it was rated a 4-star hotel and it was near the port for our cruise. The hotel dirty our rooms had stains on the carpet and curtains and one of the TVs didn't work. I would not return to this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and well appointed. Beautiful outside pool surrounded by palm trees and a marina with lots of yachts to look at. Location was great for our cruise which was just minutes away.

Diamond customer : I checked in went to my room it was nasty. I called the front desk they sent down the the security Guard who In hind sight had better customer service than any one at that time on the property See the pictures . It was after midnight they said they didn't have any other Kings available. The Guard suggested to the folks at the front desk Edire to call another hotel to see if they had any availability Edire refused and said because they had Queen beds available she would not call any other Hotels . Are you kidding me ? They charge 25 dollars for valet parking but at the time I checked in i waited over 10 min for him to take my keys. an elevator is out of service as a result its a five min wait to go 2 floors .

Room Tip: Avoid at all cost !!!

I was very disappointed when i walked in, it was nothing like pics it needs updating. For my family of four, room was small and cramped. no microwave n tiny tiny refrigerator. Bathroom set up is crazy, floor would get wet every time we showered ( like a flood). Also front desk was not welcoming, we had prepaid only to learn upon checking in we need $300 deposit for incidents on c/c and if no card $600 cash. Valet parking $25 a day, self parking was $21/22 and parking lot was always full. Even though it was in a good location, it was very misleading we thought we would be right on the beach Its not!! you have to go up a couple miles to get to the beach n entertainment. The only good thing was house keeping.

this Hotel was terrible. Once checked in, we were told to go back out side to the right into the second building and the 3rd floor was our room. once we walked over there with all the luggage, we were waiting for an elevator, and waiting, and waiting.... walked back over to the lobby (with luggage in tow), and was then told the elevator was not working. We would have to walk to the other side of the building and go in that way. We were told a FREE breakfast in the morning, so once we went to get breakfast, we were then told "No, you have to pay for it" the Carpet in the hall was FULL of huge stains, the room smelled disgusting! worst place I have been!

Beautiful hotel, near the port. Nice view and great pool.
If you are going to take a cruise, this is the place to stay.
The room is big, with big and confortable beds.
Only problem is that in the morning that are many passengers from cruises arriving, so it's a little cofused and crowded, but ok.
