The lobby was straight out of a well staged design magazine and heightened the promise of what to expect in the rooms. The hotel room with its fantastic view of the water, rain shower and luxurious bed competed with the wedding I went there to attend.

The service was attentive without being intrusive and the bar served up the best caipirinhas in town . The breakfast buffet was also a delightful feast complete with fresh raspberries and quality smoked salmon and capers.

Can't wait to go back

I have not stayed in this hotel in 10 years and was knocked out by the new decor. The lobby, pool, and the rooms had a new contemporary, spa like feel to them. My room had a comfortable bed and a new large flat screen if you can make yourself stay in the room. The staff was warm and attentive from the valet to the front desk. The new restaurant , The China Grill, had not opened yet, but the outdoor grill was good with a tropical atmosphere.

The accomodations were wonderful!!!!! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the relaxing atmosphere in the room created by the aroma therapy scents and the spa-style shower.

Our junior suite had a wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway, which was great. After having stayed at many 5 star hotels in the past, I must say that I was very impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff also, the value for your money. Definitely a win - win all around. Enjoy!!!!!

I went to this hotel for our annual sales meetings...nice
This hotel is now part of the Hilton Family so it tells you right now a lot.

The pictures you see on others members reviews are old and outdated (no offense)
The Hotel is completely renovated (still some work going on)
All rooms are just gorgeous, bathroom are fantastic with rain type showers (my dream...)
-All room have a flat screen TV (32 or 40 inches..can not remember)
-iPod docking stations with speakers and alarm clock
-safes
-the lounges are fantastic
-the meetings rooms and other services are great
-the gym very well equipped

Service and staff very polite and helpful, sometimes when you call front desk it takes a little time to get answer but during my stay the hotel was packed with seminars and a lot of events...

The outside patio and decks are great with lounges sofas and always nice lounge music playing.....

Now if you like boats...you will love the view from this hotels to all the luxury yachts coming and going
If you are in the area and want to be cozy in some real and nice luxury go to this hotel!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. I was on a winter get-
away, and planned a trip with a friend who was in town on business. My friend stays at Hilton's on business, and this hotel is affiliated with Hilton Hotels.

The overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. First off, its under construction. There is no restaurant. The elevators were broken down (which is a problem when you are on the 12th floor). The most disappointing was the lack of attention to customer service. The morning breakfast was a zoo everyday. Not enough seats, not enough food, not enough glasses...everyday. It was even more troublesome when the staff was more worried about making sure they had your room number to charge you $19 instead of taking care the basic customer service issues.

The bar/lounge in the lobby looks great, but again, no drink menu, no price listing and really poor service. I was ignored for over 30 minutes, before directly dealing with the bartender - who charged me $15 for each drink...a premium even by hotel standards.

My friend had a package sent to the hotel for a business meeting, which arrived on our first day, but the hotel staff was not able to locate until the morning that we left. We left 2 messages for the manager to call, which were not returned.

The remaining issues are small, but given the overall experience added fuel to the fire...(e.g. the turn-down service includes turning on the radio..which also turned on the alarm, which went off at 6:30 a.m.).

On the positive side, the work out room was nice, as was the pool. The staff were mostly friendly, but it seems they need more training/
direction in how to create a positive customer experience.
