When checking in the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The area looked a bit sketchy but minimal sketchy activities observed other than a raccoon that jumped out of the bushes at us. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and after the first morning we opted out of that. We stayed a total of 4 nights, for $40/night (pretty good for the price). When we entered the room and turned on the a/c it was a bit stuff but by the second night the room atmosphere was fresh. Sheets and Bed were very clean as was the rug and floor.
I am big on shower cleanliness and was surprised at the clean tub as well as the pressure changing shower nozzle. I am finicky in showers so I am happy to say there was no cringing when I used it.
If you are as specific as I am, some of the fixtures were showing wear and tear. Elevator area is a bit sketchy and dirty but functioning.
We stayed in an odd room which put us on the back side of the hotel (facing away from the highway). I didn't notice the train noise, but then again I am a heavy sleeper, however my daughter was woken at 830 each morning by it.
Overall, its very close to I-95 which makes it very convenient to go south or north. Other guest around us were quiet and respectful and we had no disturbances.
