Please be ware. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in- we actually checked in and then immediately left. The room was dirty, vomit stain on the mattress, roaches. We had our 2 small children with us and I would not let them touch anything. The website describes the hotel as being renovated- I would hate to have seen it before. We had a suite which consisted of 2 twin beds, a futon, TV (w/out cable), a sink and dorm refrigerator. The pool was dirty. Thank goodness we found another place to stay. The staff did not refund our money and was rude to my husband and threatening. AWFUL!

the hotel is musty and old. the bathroom was small and disgusting (bring your flip flops!). the bed was hard and the linens were old and scratchy. do yourself a favor and spend some extra money instead of staying here!

First impression was "Oh my god" what have we got ourselves in too! First of all it had no easy access to the rooms. Our room was at the back of the hotel(resorts too nice a word for this place.) We had to climb stairs to reach the entry backdoor. All 4 adults, including seniors, proceeded to cram into this postage size cage al la luggage in tow. Once in the elevator, it actually broke down. Well when we pushed the emergency button, we rang it for a good 5 minutes and not a person came to our rescue. After 10 minutes we finally managed to force the door open and get to our rooms. The rooms were shabby and the sheets nasty. Peeling paint, bad carpet, in general just very old and musty. The stairwells are a fire hazard with all kinds of chairs and things blocking the escape doors. The staff could'nt speak English very well, and for the most acted very disinterested in the guests and their concerns. The food was undercooked and the drinks too expensive. I will never be back, never and if anyone reads this or if its posted I hope they heed my warning. I work in the travel industry for a major airline and I have never been in such a lousy hotel, and believe me I'll be sure to tell my airlines buddies not to go here or anyone else I come across for that matter. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Oh well, live and learn I always say. ;(

We booked this hotel through the web two months ago and fully paid in advance.We confirmed twice before our arrival that our room was ok.Answer was positive.Well to our surprise they told us that there was no room available upon arrival and offered to send us to some very dirty location elsewhere.Well we made our own arrangement with an respectable hotel elsewhere.Just beware of this poor tactic.
