Don't be fooled by the fact that this place looks nice from the road! The first room they tried to put us in (on 4th floor) had no room phone, a moldy, ancient bathroom straight from the 50's, almost non-existent lighting, and worst of all, a balcony doorwall that had no locking mechanism. Giving it another try, we moved to a 2nd floor room. This room had decent lighting & appeared to be mostly renovated (except for the ancient bathroom), but had a balcony door wall that wouldn't close all the way & again had NO locking mechanism. When I called the front desk to discuss these problems, the clerk told me should could send someone from Maintenance to check it out ---THE NEXT MORNING! When I asked to talk to a manager, she said no manager is on duty at night. Giving them one last chance, we moved to room #3. This room had a very strong smell of paint (as if it were painted the day before) & this time, we couldn't open the balcony doorwall to air it out. Like the first room, there was no phone. Also, there was trash in the bathroom waste basket & the dresser drawers. Room #3 was the last straw--we checked out within an hour of arriving!!!

I rented my room , which was third floor oceanfront, from a private owner. The room was reasonably priced, nicely decorated, very clean, and had a wonderful view of the Atlantic The hotel is located in a good spot and within walking distance of alot of restaurants.

This place is terrible. We arrived with a large group of people, most of whom packed up and moved next door to the Ramada, which is much, much nicer. Mold in the bathrooms and around the air conditioning vents. no towels or hangers. Sheets and blankets were dirty and had holes. The rooms were dirty and smelled. Does not even rate one star as far as we are concerned!!

I, along with several members of the Women's Rugby Team from Naples stayed at your hotel on November 14th & 15th . I was VERY displeased with the accomodations. I had a room on the second floor. My patio door did NOT lock. It would have been very easy for someone to get into my room through that door from the outside. When I went to get into my room on Saturday night, the door from the hallway to my room would not open. I had to get security and he worked for over 15 minutes before the door finally opened. By the looks of the door and door jam, it looks like a LOT of other people had trouble getting in.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, but the hallways and rooms were terrible!!! I will NOT be coming back to this facility and definitely will steer anyone I know away from it.
