This was by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel or on a vacation ever! As the other reviews have stated, this is an overpriced, dirty, half remodeled, disgrace of a hotel that has a staff that could care less about the customer. We traveled all the way from Seattle to stay here and were disappointed when we walked into our room to find a large puddle of water leaking out of the overhead AC unit. The room looked like it had been remodeled by a child and there was mystery "goo" on the mirrors and windows. We complained, they did nothing. We tried to get another room and every place was booked. 3 days later after the manager, Michael, fails to call back I bring up the situation with the front desk. They take on an attitude and look at me like they can't do anything. Then they insist that we move 1 hour before the wedding that we are in. They say they'll help and not a soul does. I leave the front desk in tears to go move all my husband and my stuff plus the 6 groomsmens stuff that just changed into their tuxes in our room. They move us to another sketchy room with two double beds. The night before we check out I bring up the situation with George and he gets cranky with me. I have never been so frustrated in my life! Please don't stay here. This situation will happen to you and the sad thing is OCEAN MANOR DOES NOT CARE!!! They will take your money and you get to stay in the squawler they claim to be a "nice resort." Oh did I mention that the housekeeping staff only visited our room once our entire stay? Typical of Ocean Manor!!!
