We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the cruise port. We always stay at Hiltons and Hamptons. We arrived and were sent to our room on the 7th floor. Soon as we opened the door, the strong smell of cigarette smoke poured out of the room. We immediately called the desk and said we were in a room full of smoke and were told by the lady who answered the phone that, no, we were not. The smoking rooms were only on the 2nd floor. I said, that might be the case but someone had been smoking in our 7th floor room. Desk lady said that was impossible. I asked for a manager. We were put on hold - forever - and went to the desk with our luggage. The desk clerk looked at us as if we were senile. That did not go over well. Eventually, the manager, Ramon, came out, apologized profusely, gave us dinner vouchers and had us moved. This is what should have happened right off the bat. At least Ramon knows what customer service is, even if his staff hasn't a clue. Not a place I'd recommend.

Lots of terrible reviews prompted me to write this. Stayed only one night before a cruise, got a great rate through Hotels.com. Shuttle from airport was prompt.Would not be a destination hotel but fine for what we needed. walked to Publics in morning for breakfast.

Stayed for one night prior to the POM. Return stay for us and we liked this hotel. The rooms are standard fare and we didn't see them as expensive. Free internet and breakfast included as an Honors Member. The Valet staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay next time

As far as the room it was nice. I know Hilton's are more $$$ but this was really expensive for what you get. No breakfast included and for the fist time ever (and we travel a lot) we had to pay to park there!!!! It was convenient to Port Everglades but I am sure we could have found a place just as nice and much less expensive.
