Stayed here for 3 nights in July, got a good price around $100 inc taxes.

First impression of the building and area is good although that changed with the staff who were working reception at the time, although we were early by about 45 mins we were told that there were no rooms available which is fair enough. We said we would wait in reception until the keys did become available. Surprise surprise at dead on 3pm when I asked the keys were there, I did feel it wouldnt have taken much effort to call us over or check with the cleaning staff a bit early.

The room was big and appeared clean, own door onto shared balcony, fridge, safe, small bathroom by american standards, tub and shower.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and nice waffle maker.

The pool was heated the whole time we were there, kids liked it.

All staff on reception appeared allergic to smiling, it all seemed too much effort to answer basic questions about the area etc, would not get a job at Disney!

Location was great, really close to the beach, a big plus point.

Lastly the bites! Woke up after 1st night covered in bites, I am convinced it was from the bed but could be wrong, this alone would stop me from staying here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights, if you like the beach then this is a good hotel for it's location. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach. There are some decent places to eat about 10 minutes up the road. Our only concern was that it didn't feel safe walking past the beach at night as they turn off the street lamps due to turtles nesting at a certain times of the year.

I called about 4 hours before checkin to verify early checkin since my flight was earlier than expected. Front desk was accomodating and I checked in 2 hours early.

Had a room right by the pool. I thought noise would be a problem but it wasn't. The room, I think, has new beds and the floors seem all new along with bathroom counters. The furniture is also in very good condition!

The air was on when I went into the room and how nice that was! It was around 95 when I arrived and I was ready for cold!

Surprised room had safe, microwave, fridge, HBO and FREE wireless or dialup. Thats a good deal right there!

Beds were comfy.

Very good breakfast also. The bartender during the day was really friendly. He would chat you up and tell you about the area.Not really the best food but its food. I'd walk to the Clipper for better food for a couple bucks more.

Overall, far bette than I had though. Would stay again!

We stayed for one night and I am sorry to say that I can not recommend it. It was somewhat dingy inside. If you will not be spending any time in your room, it might be fine for you. It had a nice location , very close to the beautiful beach and you get a free breakfast. For the most part,the room appeared clean, ( There was an old cigarette butt on the bathroom floor which surprised me because at check-in, you are told that $75.00 dollars is charged if you smoke in the room.) The check-in was easy and the people are nice. At $125.00 ,for 2 adults and 1 child, it may be a good deal. But, I didn't care for it.
