Around 9 PM we wanted to eat, so I called for room service. I told the woman that picked up that the room service menu was missing from the binder in our room. The woman proceeded to tell me that the maids sometimes don't put the menus in the rooms, and furthermore, the woman did not know if there even was room service. We went walking outside for food, but after walking for 20 minutes we realized there were no good places to eat, so we went back to the hotel. I ended up going to the front desk and waiting for 15 minutes before a person came to the desk and gave me a chinese delivery menu. The hot tub water was freezing...not plesasant for 7 PM. There are far better places to stay in Lauderdale...and don't even try to call the hotel. I personally witnessed the phone ringing 20 times at the front desk, without anyone picking up.
