A ma/pa hotel that is extremely clean - they really push this aspect and you realise why when you turn up, it's immaculate inside and out.

Owners - very helpful and friendly........loved the owners dog.

Rooms are fairly modern and very clean. Obviously they are not fancy for this price so don't expect this - if you want a basic/clean room with a coffee machine and comfortable bed then this maybe for you. I was in the cheapest single room but still had a fridge.

Pool area is nice and unlike other hotels it's sheltered from the road
by trees/bushes, etc.........this way nobody can see in and look at pool - other hotels on the A1A almost give you the feel that you are in the road when at pool!

Location is excellent, I have always thought this hotel was in Lauderdale by the Sea but it's actually in Ft Lauderdale (just).....
it's over the road from Winn Dixie and McDonalds on the A1A - not far from restaurants and pier in Lauderdale by the Sea.

This is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. $55 per night for huge room with fridge, etc.
