The rooms were basic, but very clean, with lots of cupboard space. We had daily room service which was unexpected (would have cleaned up if I knew they were coming) The kitchen was very well equipped. The room was quite dark and the air conditioning uits were placed literally next to the bed by our head, and they were extremely noisy, but too hot to switch them off.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Outdoor barbecues and 3 pools for use, but they were exceptionally small, we did however have them to ourselves mostly.

Not really within walking distance to supermarkets or a great selection of eating places, and we were placed at the rear of the property, and the outlook was quite dismal. Close to beach though which was beautiful, but we did not explore much further.

Don't feel the need to return, but the price was very good

It is important that rooms are clean and well maintained. This place was exceptionally clean and did NOT have the usual musty smells common to even the best Florida hotels. I based my decision on previous reviews in tripadvisor, but was nervous about the price ($85 day). If you want all the amenities of the Ritz, this is not for you. However, advantages include a very attentive owner manager (Angela), a short walk to the beach, easy parking, and quiet, comfortable surroundings, this is a great choice. Be sure to call the hotel directly for the best rates. They also have a free wifi (I am using it now to write this review), kitchen and refrigerator, and generous space. The floors are tile and mopped daily. The grout in the bathroom was pristine. The location is off the highway and there is no traffic noise. Thank you tripadvisor for helping me with this choice.

We come to Florida every year, and always contact Napoli Belmar for accomodation. This year we booked late, and nothing was available at neither NapoliBelmar nor Birch Patio, but wonderfully sweet Angela (who has all 3 properties) showed us this 1 bedroom apartment at the Summerland Suites.
We have 1 bedroom with 2 double (are they double or king? don't know, but we get by), bathroom with bathtub/shower, full kitchen with big fridge and living room with dining table and 2 sofas and TV. One sofa is a sleeper sofa, but we haven't used it.
This year we love being on the more quiet side of the Birch Road, when the kids can roll on their scateboards, and we love the way that this is just more quiet here. Napoli Belmar is in our opinion for families with kids, and perhaps kids younger than 12.
We can choose freely between 4 pools, 3 of which are heated and the 4th will be rebuilt to heated Summer 2008, we've been told. There is a separate laundry house, with 2 washers and 2 dryers. BBQ area around the property. Great with a lot of grass and green, and little paths around the whole place.
We really enjoy it here. Angela and Tony go out of their way to make their guests happy. I would warmly recommend this place. The first couple of days, some of our friends were also here, but they were 2 single men looking for party and having a good time, and this was just a little too quiet for them. We are travelling as family with kids age 8 and 11 and this is perfect for us.

This hostel is perfect. The rooms are very clean , big and comfortable.
The staff is friendly and helpfull, lovable .....
The price is low . The hostel is excellent.

I can reccomend this hostel. Really;-)
