My family and I rented two apartments at the Belmar. It is a little slice of paradise. It was very relaxing with beautiful, clean pools available. The rooms are very clean and maintained. We rented a 1 and 2 room apt. The price is very fair. The owners and staff are outstanding. The location is excellent. You can see the ocean from the complex. It takes only a few minutes to get there. We loved our room location. It was in front of the larger heated pool. We could not have been happier. We used the cook out facility and had a picnic on the pool patio. The hotel is close to other restaurants and shops. We would walk there also.

Stayed one night prior to a cruise leaving Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Found this 50's motel clean and reasonable. Rooms have Microwaves, Refrigerator, and all kitchen equipment to stay a while. We used the smallest room since it was only a one nighter.
Management is friendly and I find that residents are back every year for lenghty stays. Angela runs the business and is great to work with.

We have been here a few times over the past few years and will continue to come back. it's like having our own little condo one block from the beach. It's just so easy, so convenient, so clean and everything is in walking distance. We did have a rental car and the parking at the hotel is free. Like other reviewers have said, Angela takes care and is on top of everything.

Came across this hotel after driving around fort lauderdale, was a great hotel the owner Angela was amazing.. clean, friendly love it.. I am going back in a week hoping she has rooms.. thanks Angela you were amazing..
