We thought this hotel was absolutely gorgeous! My husband is a diamond member with Hilton and we booked this hotel as a rewards stay. We were upgraded to a huge suite which was very nice. Yes there are hotels being built on either side of the hotel but it is not noisy unless the balcony door is open.
I am amazed that some people complained about bad customer
service at this hotel. We thought they were SO attentive it was almost annoying! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
and we will definately come back!

  • Liked — Beautiful pool and beach
  • Disliked — Having to cross the street for the beach. Other hotels had skywalks to cross the street and I think the Hilton should have it too.

Spent Labor Day weekend here on a girls trip.

First night we were there we went out for a late dinner and sightseeing. The pool was really crowded in the afternoon so when we got back that night it was very inviting. We weren't sure what time the pool closed. We went up and looked and it was open. Stopped in the restaurant facing the pool and asked the bartender how late it was open and were told open all night.

We still called the front desk and asked them when it closed and were told open all night.

So, we all changed and headed up and jumped in and within 10 minutes had someone come over and tell us it was closed. We explained to him how we had asked several people and were not told that. He said he would give us 10 minutes and then we had to get out.

Since we felt him staring at us, we got out and sat in the chairs and enjoyed the beautiful evening. We were catching up and doing exactly what I was looking forward to doing, just getting together and relaxing. We are all over 40 and we were sitting in the chairs and just talking quietly. This same person kept walking back and forth past us and made us feel like we were breaking some law. It was around 10:00 and not much else to do. They had very few other amenities and all we were doing was sitting in chairs and talking outside and he made us so uncomfortable that we just packed up and went to bed.

That was very upsetting because we were there for only 2 days and because we had asked several people about the pool hours. Next day we saw the assistant general manager who asked about our stay. We told him we were very confused by the conflicting rules on the pool and felt like criminals for sitting in chairs by the pool. He said he would make it up to us. The next day after we ate breakfast we saw him and he asked if we ate breakfast. We said yes and he said, too bad because he was going to pay for it. Well, he knew for a fact we got the breakfast for free for being Diamond card members. It had been mentioned several times. So, his offer to make it up to was was
another disappointment because he did nothing.

Hotel was nice, rooms were very beautiful but next time would stay somewhere that made us feel more comfortable and welcome and had their act together and knew what their rules were.

We rented the 1 bedroom suite. Really nice hotel and spacious for a family of 4. Very clean but a lot of stains on the carpet. The view was oceanside not ocean front, but still very nice.. Beautiful bathroom (Water was green).
Breakfast was excellent and free if you are a gold member. Pool clean and beach was beautiful.

There is no night life at the beach due to turtle nesting…..

Noise from construction of hotel next door woke me up very morning at 8:00 but my kids slept through it….

Arrived to a weird reception area it seems Fort Lauderdale and the Hotel designers have desided to shrink the reception area to all these new hotels it what looks like a airport waiting room, (more hotel rooms per sq)I've been in the Atlantic as well same design. Don't be fooled by the Quad Studio it is the same size as an average bedroom with a sink Microwave and fridge not the huge room expected via their website, yes there are probably larger rooms or suites but you will be paying heavily for it.

There is considerable construction work at present on both sides two large hotels are being built and to be honest the double glazing on the rooms was not all that good so awoken at 7.00 am every morning with construction workers. I also think that the main round outside should have pedestrian lights its taking your life in you hands to get to the beach

The breakfast I thought expensive and this "breakfast themed" room for also for evening meals. it that looked like a casual dinery for a hotel of this size the dining room is very very small I wouldn't eat at night there again it also has the atmosphere of a airport eatery and the bar is non existant same place as the breakfast room, what clientel are they appealing, too you couldn't really dress up and go downstairs for a drink/cocktail you felt silly, so went elsewhere

The staff are extremely attentive to the point I felt intrusive, every morning everyone of the pool team individually came round and said hello then the gym instuctor so over an hour you had the same morning coversation with each individual staff member but maybe I'm being petty, The reception area there are at least 10 staff to get through to go to the lift all the smilly and hellos wore me out.

The staff are good it just seemed there were too many of them and too attentive, obviously it has yet to establish itself but I found it was so new there was no atmosphere, would I go again yes but would choose the Marriott Harbour Beach first.

However the rooms are beautiful clean, lush carpets everywhere but at the moment it doesn't quite live up to the hype

We just spent a long weekend at the New Hilton Beach!!
The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. We stayed in a one bedroom with a full kitchen, this would be perfict for a family.
Service was excelent, some of the amenaties (resturants, convience store etc.)were still incomplete.but most everything is in walking distanse or a quick cab ride away.
We will definitly return!!!
