My partner and I recently spent 7 days at the Grand Resort and what a "grand" resort it is. Rooms are stunningly masculine, the grounds are immaculate, the staff friendly, cooperative, and there for the guests, and the clientele is diverse and interesting.

Would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a nice, quiet place to stay. Would prefer clothing optional pool, but understand the situation.

Different people want different things, if you want to lodge in a bath house, look for somewhere else, if you want first class accomodation, friendly staff, good facilties and great location then go to the Grand Resort. It is quite couples oriented but there is good conversation in the jacuzzi and you never know what else may happen. Some of the other resorts in the area suffer from a bad attitude towards guests from owners and staff, you will find all the staff friendly and efficient, and they wont make you feel frightened to ask them a question. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Grand Resort.

booked a room for three nights in august. the website made the place look half decent. this was not the case upon arrival. simply put if you're an old queen and have no taste this is the perfect spot for you. we left after one night even after being charged for the other nights since we left early despite the hotel being empty. it was that bad.

My partner and I stayed at the Grand Resort last August for one night as we were unsure of the atmosphere of a place we've never been to. We took a chance off their website and it was a good decision. We stayed two more nights after seeing this place.

We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a suite. Rooms are tiled with all the amenities of a first class resort. Staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Pool and hot tub were clean and quite large. Many renovations have taken place to modernize this 60's style motel.

We stayed at the Grand again over the 4th of July for 5 nights and the experience was what we expected; first class. The mix of guests, mostly 30's and 40's, was split between couples and singles. If you're expecting a wild sex party, go next door. If you want a classy place to relax and meet other great, professional guys, the Grand is your best choice.

We're returning Labor Day weekend for our 3rd stay since last year. We know what to expect. This is our new vacation resort in South Florida. Thanks Herb & Peter for providing us with a first class resort.
