From the time I was greeted at the front gate, until the warm hugs from the staff as we said "goodbye," my stay was one of the most extraordinary experiences EVER at a guesthouse.

First of all, the staff members are incredible -- helpful, warm, charming, ever-present but non-obtrusive, and very professional. Whether it is serving you either lemonade or wine poolside, or working with you to set up a massage appointment, they are very accommodating and helpful.

Second, the room is very comfortable, lovely linens and towels, great shower pressure, and clean. Amenities abound. A wide variety of rooms and villas is available and they are all unique.

Third, the setting is relaxing and fun -- how delightful is it to wake up every morning and walk outside you room to see the poolside lounge chairs that have carefully rolled towels topped with a lovely orchid? Plenty of shade or sun poolside is yours for the choosing, and there are plenty of public areas to meet new friends or quiet nooks among the palms for private conversations.

Fourth, a plentiful continental breakfast starts the day off just right and the local newspapers as well as the New York Times keep one informed as much or as little as one would like.

Fifth, the location is an easy 10 minute stroll to Los Olas and a wide selection of fine dining experiences and shops.

As a business traveler who was looking for a relaxing getaway, all I can say is "I've found a little bit of paradise." So much so, that I've already booked two other extended weekend stays in the next six months! And for someone who rarely EVER stays in the same location twice, that says it all!!!! I can hardly wait to get back there!!!

We are steady guests at the Pineapple Point who average 4-5 stays per year. It's amazing how each visit is a fresh our as first experience and the quality and service consistently remains at strong levels or exceeds our expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and cannot do enough to accommodate you.

We typically book our next stay prior to departure and look forward to our upcoming visit this October. If you are looking for a quaint, charming, upscale and energentic guesthouse in Ft. Lauderdale, the Pineapple Point is the only place to stay.

Absolutly everything was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, comfortable and perfectly laid out. The rooms are amazing - roomy and clean. And the staff is the best! They really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. My partner and I are very excitied to have found this place and cannot wait for our next visit.

What a great experience my bf and I had in Pineapple Point! First the hotel is beautiful with key west kind of rooms, updated and spotless, two swiming pools and two hot tubes! The staff is so nice and attentive. The other guest were so nice and you can feel the friendly vibe around! We would totally stay there again. I recommend this place a friend of mine from New York and they loved it too... I live in Fort Lauderdale and just spending the weekend there felt like a complete vacation. Totally recommend this place, I can't wait to go back!

My bf and I wanted to stay at a BB that had class and the Pineapple Point exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in we found the Pineapple to be friendly, clean and professional. The staff and owners did an outstanding job to make us feel welcome. It was quiet and peaceful at night and the room we stayed in was perfect. I would highly recommend it.
