I took my 2 grandsons to the museum and they thought it was great. The staff were very friendly, even to the point of opening the back of the "paddywagon" to show the boys what it looked like. The only drawback was having to continually lift the youngest up to see inside the cars as he wanted to look at all of them. Great history lesson as it reminds some of us what things were like and introduces the new ones to reality not found in theme parks. I never realized that the old style gas pumps were that fascinating to kids. They also found it funny that the "trunk" on a car really was a trunk. Located where you might just drive by without noticing it, there was plenty of parking and easy access. They also have an exhibit on Franklin D. Roosevelt. As well as the cars, they have a very large collection of automobile memorabilia. A cute display that the boys loved were old childrens' pedal cars. One of the nicer collections and presentations that I have seen.
