I booked this hotel after I could not get a reservation with the resort I usually stay at in Florida. While this is not as upscale as I am usually accustomed to visiting, I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, check -in and out was a breeze. The main pool is very nice with 2 pool parties per week. The best thing about this hotel is no one bugs you to buy time shares etc. during your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget taking a family to Orlando.

Excellent location and Service. Great Place to stay with family and enjoy Orlando attraction as well as beaches, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The unit, or better I should say, the apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, utensils, towels, shampoo, lotion, it is wonderful and very quiet. It is close to all the atractions, and of course, there is a Walmart supercenter close by, so that, you can save a lot in groceries and not eat out everyday, which saves you money. The lock out unit was perfect for our friend to stay and get privacy. You should see this property, ok not luxury, but a lot more than what a hotel can give you.

The rooms are very small. The staff is rude. The rooms are clean. There are no recreational activities for the children or adults (except the pool). Security is lacking. There is no in room wash machine and dryer. Compared to our stay in other resorts this is the worst.

I would rate the complex a simply being average.

The property could do with some who has some pride in thier work and appearance. By that I mean the resort looks "tired" compared to adjacent properties.

NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET in any of the villas. You have to hook up wirelessly in the lobby or pay 20 cents a minute to use thier equipment in the store. Stone ages compared to how cheap a Wireless Access Point is these days.

The reception and bar staff are wonderful.

I had a great stay, but property was average.
