We stayed at the Ramada because the price was relatively good and it included breakfast as well as a free shuttle to our cruise port (remember to make a reservation the day before to save yourself a place). The hotel itself seemed a little worn, with standard budget motel-type accomodations - but it was adequate, and everything worked in the room. Probably the nicest thing was the lovely tropical landscaping around the pool!
. We thought the hot breakfast was pretty good, with lots of choices. However, the hotel is a long walk from the restaurants on the main road, and you can't really walk anywhere else for dinner. However, we discovered that there is one nice marina restaurant hidden right at the end of the street the hotel is on - if you walk to the end of the block, you can have a lovely dinner outdoors on the back patio overlooking the water.
