Besides being located on a strip mall, this restaurant has a great small Spanish cafe atmosphere. The waiters are very attentive and accommodating. I was a little disappointed with the small selection of tapas, especially since they didn't even have tortilla espanola which is a spanish staple! However, the mussels were delicious and they served the best crusty bread. Overall, it was a nice dinner with fabulous service but not really worth the price if you are going there just for tapas....unless you order the mussels!
