There are three different buildings which have all been refurbished, I can only speak for the south building, suite 104. Small pool, not as bright and sparkling as the other 2 pools, bathrooms need serious upgrading, scalded myself twice when a neighbour flushes I guess. Although clean looking, the floors always made our feet black, maybe due to their age. Sofa bed was indeed very uncomfortable to sit on but we were outside for the most part. We had a king bedroom suite, full well stocked kitchen and bbq grill on the patio. Bed very comfy but low to the ground. Staff cheerful and efficient. Props to Jazz min, Darryl and Daniella. Lots to do in the area, bring your walking shoes. All in all a good time, relaxing and reasonable.

Room tip: Roadside can be very noisy, our suite 104 has the bedrm at the back, very quiet at night.

The staff was very nice and most efficient in helping us spend our one night before cursing.

The king suite was very spacious and clean with a huge king bed, large leather sofa, flat screen tv and a well-equipped kitchen. The photo's on the website, don't do the property justice they are much nicer then that pictures. I was impressed with the clean white well maintained suite. There is wi-fi, but we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of it nor the really nice pretty pools in the courtyards. I did like the fact that the grounds are all gated, made me feel more safe in the area.

There are lots of bars and restaurants along the Fort Lauderdale beach. We chose to visit their recommended restaurant, The Village Cafe which is now a Bistro. It was one of the most enjoyable dinners I have had in a long time, well worth the visit. It is a block away and we must have looked a little confused leaving the hotel, that one of the staff, drove by to let us know we were in the right place, it was very help and kind.
One thing I would recommend is to rent a car there is so much to do around Fort Lauderdale, traveling by taxi or shuttle can get expensive.

This is a great place to stay, high recommend. A very big thank you to the wonderful staff.

Room tip: Room 4201 : is a great corner king suite on second floor.

The staff are some of the nicest and most efficient I have ever come across. Jazmeen and Bianca in particular were absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful and took great care of my mother who injured her leg in Key West. She was completely overwhelmed by their kindness.

The studio rooms are very spacious and clean with huge beds, wi-fi (it seems to work better in some rooms than others) and a well-equipped kitchen unit.

There are lots of bars and restaurants along the Fort Lauderdale beach. Slightly further away but definitely worth visiting is Coconuts at 429 Seabreeze Boulevard.

Bonnet House Museum is virtually next door. The Galleria shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away or just $6 by taxi and there is a very well stocked supermarket - Publix - opposite the Galleria. Las Olas Boulevard with loads of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants is also close by. If you are planning a cruise, Port Everglades is also pretty nearby (about $14 by taxi).

One thing I would recommend is hiring a car as there is so much to do around Fort Lauderdale and compared to Europe, the public transport system leaves a lot to be desired.

All in all a great place to spend your holiday and a very big thank you to the wonderful staff.

Room tip: Room 3205 is a great room.

When we got to the hotel room, it smelled really strongly of bleach or some other chemical. We hoped it would get better after keeping the windows open for some time, but once we closed the windows, our eyes were burning and it was not possible to sleep. We went to the reception and explained the problem. Livia was very helpful and gave us a new room in a nearby hotel (Aqua), where we had a lot more space and no more bleach smell. Without her help, it would have been impossible for us to sleep that night.
