New Zealand house is a well located place to stay with easy access to all major roads and attractions. The property is beautifully maintained and clean. The guest rooms are spotless and very well appointed and smoke free. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets soft and the pillows offer very good support for a restfull night. The bathroom is clean and up to date. The room offers comfortable seating and a place to dine. The only issues are minor. The bathroom could use an additional towel rod for hanging the hand towel, a shelf over the toilet to place items nearby and a covered seat so no items can fall into the bowl. The clock radio was difficult to set, the refrigerator and microwave would look better in a cabinet. The A/C was a bit noisy. The pool was wonderful and the right temperature. The host, Warren and his assistant, Rick, were very attenative and were delightful to be with and very concern about a guest's needs. This guest house should be on everybody's list.

“Great Relaxing Time”

I had a great relaxing time. I was not far from everywhere that I wanted to go to and see. Warren and Ric are great I was made to feel at home. I can not wait to go back for more time to relax and unwind.

this is the best guest house in ft. lauderdale!!! rick & warren are great hosts!! this is not far from our home and is a great mini vacation get-a-way. if you are traveling from afar you will not be disappointed!!!! grocery, shopping and liquor stores in walking distance.

The hosts at the New Zealand House did all they could to make my stay very pleasent, from the attention to detail and to the wonderful service at very reasonable rates. Thanks for a great stay!!

“What a Fabulous Experience”

My boyfriend and I spent 1 night at the New Zealand House and had a wonderful time. We were greeted by Warren and Ric and immediately offered an adult beverage. We were shown to our room and then encourgaged to join the crowd by the pool. We had some more adult beverages and took a swim in the pool. We had a nice dinner, went to a nearby bar, and headed back. The following morning, we had a nice breakfast and mingled with Warren and Ric as well as the other guests. The hospitality that was provided was top-notch and I can't wait to go back again. Next time, we will definitely stay for at least 2 nights.
