When I made my reservation for 11 nights at the New Zealand House; I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I arrived, and entered thru the driveway white doors; I was transported to a dream vacation getaway resort; which could only be described as " Over The Rainbow".
I was greeted to such southern charm & hospitality that made me realize that this was going to be an awesome vacation. No sooner I had entered the grounds; I was offered a cocktail to help me relax and feel at home after a long air flight. I was given a tour of the grounds, and assisted with my luggage to this breath-taking 5-star hotel room; with all the extras that would made my visit a memorable experience ( king size bed, daily dvd's for my enjoyment, as well as assorted magazines, cleaniness of my room & bathroom/shower, and modern shower with jet spray).

The morning breakfast was more than I bargained for, with daily cereal, bagel, oj, coffee, yogurt, and fruit cup; that gave to the energy to start each morning of my vacation in a healthy way. Relaxing around the pool; and meeting new friends; with both Warren & Ric attending to our needs ( time for a bloody mary).

Warren & Ric made us feel like we were family, and would introduce us to their friends that would drop over; making us part for the band of friends ( another reason to go back was the adorable next door neighbor who would drop by for a swim & friendly chat).

I didn't want my vacation to end; and I'm looking forward to returning to the New Zealand House everytime I'm in Fort Lauderdale
