The hotel was included in the cruise package.We left! We had 4 couples in our party, 2 stayed in the same room due to the A/C being dead. I talked to a couple of local cops while there. When I gave them the name of the hotel, one called it a local [--].
never never never again!!!!!!! The only thing good about that hotel was checking out.

This was the worse hotel I've ever been in! The walls were thin enough to hear a crying baby in the next room. The bathroom was less than adequate. There were no towel racks, so the towels were placed on the drain pipes. The door to the bathroom didn't completely close. I wore my shoes around the room because I did't want to walk on the carpet. Needless to say, we didn't stay more than one night.

Most of the time, I think these reviews can be too harsh.....not this time.

Our flight got canceled and we had to find some place to stay and this hotel was close to the airport. The people at the hotel were very nice but the hotel needs lots and lots of work. The room was so dirty it looked like the carpet had not been cleaned in months and we had ants or some sort of bug crawling on our towels. The hotel is in great need of repairs...plus there is nothing around.

They offer complimentary shuttle service from the airport. My wife and I stood around for over 2 hours waiting and numerous phone calls. The supv said that the complimentary shuttle service was not at our convienence, it was when they could get to us.
The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. They gave us an extension cord that we had to walk over all the time.
The heat didn't work because the knob was broken.
