Hotel is very simple, but the family who runs it is amazing! They are so generous, and bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. When we arrived at the hotel, all the liquor stores were closed, so the owner gave us his 6 pack of buds! Plus the beach is less than a block away.

Location is amazing and the price is very affordable but that's it. The rooms are old and dirty, AC did not work well wich was a real problem. It is extremely hard to use the parking. The staff were nice but I would not stay there again.

The combination price/location, with the addition of the incomparable care, make it impossible to plan a trip to Florida by passing Fort Lauderdale and meet with Mario, Federico & family. Spacious rooms with all the comforts that we required further including garages, swimming pool and step from the beaches besides the family atmosphere make it the place we seek for our vacations.

Excellent Hotel. We loved. well placed (25 meters from the beach), comfortable rooms, great fro family vacation with small children (has a swimming pool inside, good for the time little baby wants it nap and mammy needs sun). Free wifi,computer,video game and as its family operated as a guest your are not just a room number. They are always ready to help you. Mario, Lucia and Fede are great people. And all this you have it without having to pay a lot of money. Good prices.
