we love this place! my friends and i actually stayed last march but have been thinking about it a lot now that this march is approaching. there is only one hotel between the premiere and the ocean and it's within walking distance to some shopping, bars, and restaurants. there is a trolly system that can take you around town, also. fred is the best! he works at the front desk and is always hanging around the office and out on the patio at night. they have computers with free internet access and a huge movie collection. our room was very clean and comfortable - pretty large, actually. we had the efficiency. the family owners are so welcoming and are willing to help with anything you need. okay the premiere is not a five star place. however, the location, price, and staff are fantastic. if you are on a budget, willing to have a broken elevator but want an amazing staff and an oceanview hotel, this is the place! i could go on forever about premiere! the premiere is five star to us! :)

Estamos escribiendo este review debido a que realmente fuimos sorprendidos por la calidad y el esmero en la atención que recibimos de esta maravillosa gente que maneja este pequeño hotel a metros de la playa. Realmente el ser atendido por sus dueños es lo que hace la diferencia!.
Perdimos la combinación del vuelo que nos traia desde Nueva York así que terminamos llegando al hotel sumamente tarde en la noche, para nuestra sorpresa nos estaban esperando y sabian quienes eramos apenas entramos por la puerta. Enseguida nos llevaron a nuestra habitación en el segundo piso y cargaron con TODO el equipaje sin que se los solicitasemos.
Al día siguiente nos ofrecieron toallas para la playa y nos dieron las indicaciones que solicitamos respecto a donde comprar que. En la oficina utilizamos frecuentemente el computador para chequear nuestros e-mails y leer sobre actividades. También gratis, una amplia selección de peliculas las cuales podiamos ver en nuestra habitación.
El hotel es sumamente tranquilo y el servicio único en su tipo. Una cosa que valoramos y no esperabamos encontrar a estas tarifas, es la obsesiva higiene en las habitaciones, y en el sector de la pileta.
He leido aqui mismo de gente que se queja por que el elevador está descompuesto; muy seguramente esa gente no valora los aspectos positivos que nosotros encontramos diferenciales. La excelente atención, tranquilidad, higiene y comodidad a un precio imposible para cualquier cadena.
Desde ya recomiendo al Premiere a toda persona que necesita desesperadamente descansar en un ambiente confortable y ameno.

Have realistic expectations for any Lauderdale hotel/motel/resort of a certain vintage BEFORE you book. You'll never be disappointed. I traveled from New England and met friends from the Midwest; we booked both a standard hotel room and an efficiency. We were all very pleasantly surprised by the Premiere. The owners bend over backwards to accommodate their guests, and make everyone feel welcome. The rooms are clean and secure. Full kitchen in the efficiency; microwave and fridge in the standard. Pool and deck area are well maintained and inviting. Free wireless internet for your laptop or use one of a number of the hotel's computers at no charge. Room a/c units all appear new and worked fine; when not needed windows in front and back of room were operable and allowed those wonderful ocean breezes to flow through the room. Expect a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay and you'll be delighted. If you expect shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mini-bar, room service, or anything of that nature you'll be disappointed. A chain hotel, such as Marriott, might charge you $299/night in the area...is the free shampoo really worth the extra $200? I don't think so. This place was great and I'll return and recommend it to friends.

We had the best time ever, thanks fred for showing us all the great things to do on our vacation. the place was quiet and clean right off the beach. you can't beat the price
