This last May was my second stay at the Premiere Hotel.
This guys never end to amaze me. Yo won´t find people nicer than this, which of course is a small family operated business.
They go into the smallest details in an effort to make you feel comfortable and happy to be in.
The hotel has been painted very recently and they kept rooms, common areas and pool area VERY clean. They offer free DVD movies, and they have quite a big selection, and free Internet at the office or WiFi if you bring your laptop which I did.
They are located less than 50 meters from A1A, which is where the beach is, and they have plenty of parking room available which is also free.
You love the place, you love this family owned and operated hotel. I Do and of course I recommend them very much.

We stayed from 1/3/08-1/6/08, third floor room.
A very nice family owned motel, a half block from the beach.
Free parking and Fred seems to work 24 hours a day.

Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator for customers. The room is small, old, needing attention (e.g., caulking in bathroom is a wreck, the toilet knob was broken, the key needed to be jostled around in the lock before it would open, the phone was cheap and worked "sometimes").

Fred was helpful. He lent me his cell phone for local calls. Very cool. They also had a computer to use in the lobby, which was very nice. We didn't have a coffee pot in our room and I hoped that there was some coffee in the lobby. There wasn't. :(

The best part of this hotel was the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and Fred.
The worst part was the lumpy bed and the 3 flights of stairs.

It was $99 a night!! I may have given it a 2.8 star rating if the weather was good. It was cold and rainy the first 2 days.

Very friendly staff.
Two bedroom apartment. Our stay was during the coldest weather Ft. Lauderdale has seen in 3 decades. Rooms didn't have heat, so hotel provided space heaters.
Great location, just not advised if temperatures are in the 30's.
Units could use some updating. Great bargain. Parking is tight.

We stayed for four days in a groundfloor effiency at the pool. It was large and clean but old and used. The walls were new painted. The staff was very friendly and you get a free internet access at the lobby. There is only a short way to the beach.

But he hotel needs more than a litlle remodeling of its outside. It looks much worser than like the fotos showing at the homepage. The big lobbywindows wasn't cleaned since weeks or months....

All in all it is that what you get for the money in the area around.

This is a family owned hotel, and with that comes friendliness and caring. I would like to thank the owner Fred. He went the extra mile, at check-in, I realized I forgot my credit card at home. I was amazed he knew nothing about me but allowed me to check-in. After an hour or so my friend was able to pay for my stay. This type of service the big hotels may not go the extra mile to accommodate you. Thanks again Fred.
