For the most part, my trip was very enjoyable. The location of this hotel is great! It's just a short walk to the Mall, movie theatre, and the water taxi (which will take you everywhere else). I stay here everytime I am in town and I can definitely see changes from my last stay, which was August 2003. After speaking with several of the staff members during this stay, there will be more changes to come. It sounds like this hotel will be getting a well needed and deserved face lift from the inside out. I can't wait to see what changes there are on my next visit in September.
