Like other reviewers we have driven by for the past three years, always meaning to stop. Today we did and we were happy that we did. We were seated immediately (about 2:00 PM) at a banquette in the corner with a view of the ocean. The windows were open and there was a great breeze.
I ordered a bowl of the conch chowder and the blackened dolphin sandwich, my wife got the dolphin sandwich, grilled. My wife liked the chowder better than I did, but it was still tasty. We both liked the sandwiches, very flavorful and just the right amount of messiness.
I had a Dewar's and she had a Tanqueray, ask for them in an on-the-rocks glass and it will be a good pour. A bit pricey at $11 each, so be aware if you plan on having more than one.
The view was great, the breeze nice on an 80+ day, the service was good and the food was, too. What more can you ask on a Tuesday afternoon?
