Stayed here prior to a Caribbean cruise and was really impressed with its convenience for the cruise terminal and also with the room which was on the top floor was very comfortable, quiet and clean. All the usual hotel amenities but the reception area was a bit small but staff were very helpful. Have stayed at the Hilton prior to a cruise and both are convenient but of the two would prefer Crowne Plaza. Restaurant service was very good and food tasty and plentiful. Shuttle to cruise terminal at $8 per person was handy too.

One night was not enough as these folks were great. We had flown into Fort Lauderdale late and needed a place to stay as our destination was actually Key West. After we got the rental car, which I'll review because they were very helpful as well, it was really late. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. We awoke rested and ready to begin our journey, which I will also share.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Very convenient for the cruise port. Bed was comfortable.

When we first arrived from the airport, no one was staffing the front desk for about 5 minutes. A bit frustrating after a long flight.

Unfortunately we arrived late the night before our cruise and were hungry. Everything closed down at 11pm. The people at the front desk were minimally helpful. There was a restaurant 5 minutes down the street but that was the only directions we were given. We did find the place but it would have been nice to have received more explicit instructions.

The shuttle service was also a convenient service.
