“Excellent dinner at a very big Marriott”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

We were 2 couples visiting this restaurant on a Saturday night. All enjoyed their dinners and found the service to be very good. The restaurant itself is off the lobby of this very busy hotel and there is a lot of noise that can be heard in the restaurant from the lobby and bar area. This would be my only complaint other than we found the chairs to be too low for the tables. We ordered a seafood appetizer from the raw bar, and then all of us ordered fish entrees. Very good food and all were quite satisifed. Our waiter went the extra mile on service and we walked away quite happy with the experience.

“Great Date night!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

This is not a restaurant to go every weekend, just for a special occasion or to go with some couples, but definitely worth it.
Food taste and presentation is exquisite. It is an expensive place to dine, but it's an experience. Great ambiance and food variety. I've been there twice and both times received good service.

“What a disappointment!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

Well below our expectations. Huge and loud palace with efficient but somewhat indifferent service. Prices too high for the quality of the food – my wife’s lobster was good and well presented, by the sword fish I ordered was VERY dry and overcooked. Considering the high Zagat rating and the celebrity status of the chef the visit was a complete disappointment.

“Overpriced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

This restaurant is not bad but I am not giving it a great review due to the value/service factor. If you are going to pay these rediculous prices, I feel you should get excellent service and exquisite food. The food is ok but not great. The service is subpar. Expect to wait to be seated, even with reservations. We arrived early since we wanted a predinner cocktail at the bar. Be aware that the bar is part of the restaurant and can get noisy. We waited 15-20 minutes to get a drink since they were having a staff meeting. I went to the bar myself to get our drinks. We were seated late for dinner, even though we arrived an hour early. Once seated our waiter had to run to address other patrons so we didn't get the care that we should have received. Again, this place is not bad but remember that you are paying some really high prices. We ate at a few other restaurants that were much better and less priced. And please don't reply that this was the Boat Show weekend. We all have known the dates for the Boat Show and good management would prepare accordingly. We had tables being set up within a foot of our table while we were dining..sorry guys this may work at Red Lobster but not at a high end restaurant.

“Reservation at 6:45p, didn't eat until 8:45p!!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012 via mobile

Horrendous service. Dinner took THREE + hours. Terrible body odor from staff or fellow patrons the whole meal. Waiter had confusion about simple requests (like a request for olive oil for the bread). Ridiculously over-priced. $30 for a plate of vegetables (!).
