“Great experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

3 generations all enjoyed the exhibits on the first floor. Unfortunately, we hadn't know closing time and did not have enough time to spend on the second floor. What we saw was worth a trip back.

“Interactive Children's Museum”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2014

This museum offered an overview of the ecosystem in Florida as well as provided exhibits with local wildlife. This museum is nice for young children and provides an interactive educational experience. I did feel the price was a bit high for what was offered.

“A True Hands On Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2014

Such a great museum for the kids with something for every little scientist. Downstairs, there is a special section for smaller children so they don't get run over by the bigger kids. There is also a section about local marine life. Upstairs is full of hand-on science experiements including aviation simulators. If your child doesn't have much of an interest in science, they will after a trip to this museum. I even had a great time. Always something to consider is buying a science center membership. Usually if you buy one, you can get in free to other science centers throughout the country.

“Fun way to spend a rainy day or a day out of the sun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2014

Our kids are 12 and 21 and we all enjoyed the museum. There was a great mix of things to see and do including some live exhibits. The simulated airboat ride was clever (and free). We wish we had entered the museum later in the day. We got there early afternoon and it was very crowded with school kids and summer camp kids. After about 3:30 the crowd died down and it was very pleasant. One of the nicest museums of it's type that we have visited.

“Fun for a rainny day visit”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2014

This was a rainny day visit, dispite several school buses of kids it was a fun time and not very cramped. Plenty of science exhibits and lots of hands on activities for kids. Only complaint was several of the aviation exhibits/hands on and flight simulators were broken, partly working or damaged. The air boat ride inside is no where near as fun as the real thing and very mechanical, no regrets if you skip that attraction.
