A nice and refurbished hotel with excellent location. All you need in the room and free parking. Breakfast was very good. Receptionists are welcoming and nice. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and city centre. Nice swimmingpool and pool area. Bar and restaurant was very good.

We stayed here for a couple days this month. Overall, our stay was pleasant, hotel is centrally located, right on A1A with a very friendly day staff. The hotel was recently renovated, rooms are clean and mattresses are comfortable.

One thing to get past is that the water is yellow in the bathroom.

Try a cappuccino from the bar downstairs by the pool.

Stayed at Royal Beach Palace Hotel this past October and was extremely pleased with hotel cleanliness, lovely fresh scent wafted throughout room and lobby; pool sits right next to pool bar and outside dining; pool has comfy lounging cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. Each room has a balcony with plenty of space. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location: Supermarket, CVS and Starbucks across the street. Fabulous beach right down the road.
Highly recommend this boutique hotel with reasonable rates.

Room Tip: All rooms are perfectly situated...face the pool and rooms a bit higher give a glimpse of ocean

Parking space is a huge issue around the weekends and the night staff isn't helpful at all!
In fact the girl (latino) called the police on me and we were kicked out of the room at 3am!
I would not recommend staying there on the weekends!

I was looking for an affordable hotel in the Fort Lauderdale area on the beach.. The Royal beach hotel was clean and modern. I was surprised at the bar and pool area, they had good food and hookah specials. Although it was not a big party every night. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. The pool is open all night. The lobby and housekeeping staff were very helpful since there is on concierge. You cannot walk across to the beach because there are residential private beaches, but the public access beaches are not far away. The Los Olas area is a lot of fun to hang out, shop and eat. Also it's not far from the famous Lulu's with the delicious alligator bites.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 4th floor offer more of a view

The picture of pool actually fools you. Looks big and long. Someone had a good eye and knew what they were doing in getting a different dimension. The rooms were simple yet clean. My son decided to come after I had booked a king size room. They were very accommodating and brought up a rollaway bed with normal mattress, not the thin yucky kind. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I needed to. Maid stated that this hotel was refurbished a year ago. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable.

I read a few comments about the hotel, before booking it, as I needed to be in that area near the offices of a client. Indeed the place is worth the positive comments, has good parking, it is a few blocks from the beach, has plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and it was very near to my clients offices.
The rooms are renovated and very nice, air conditioning works very good, the fact it has a balcony to the street, was nice and it is a very quiet neighbourhood, so I got excellent sleep during my stay, the bed was excellent and it was very clean. Recommend it very much and will return to it soon, apart that there are supermarkets and pharmacy across the street....I just did not have the breakfast, but will try next time+

Room Tip: I stayed in the 3rd floor and it was ok...my room was at the end of the building...no complaints.
