The reception staff is unfriendly and try to con you out of money the rooms are disgusting and the manager Penny will not even listen to any of your complaints the room key system is primitive and the doors dont close properly. drug dealers and prostitutes hang around openly and the oly good thing about the place is the bar. If your looking for a cheap dump this is the place to stay

Room smelled musty, sheets and comforters had holes in them, carpet was dirty, Someone opened the door with a key and walked in on my girl and I both naked hours after we checked in, when i went down to the front desk and complained the guy there said he was just checking the room because it showed vacant on his computer. Later that night i saw and killed two bugs in the room. No one cleaned the room after the first day, they just replaced the towels and didnt even make the beds or take out the trash not to mention replacing the quarter roll of toilet paper they gave us for two days stay....we had to buy our own. Breakfast was terrible! watered down coffee, cold pancakes and a few english muffins and mini donuts and pancakes. I am never staying here again!

It was terrible, and smelled terrible. Its not like a family hotel, there is a tiki bar and lots of oldies. No fun for kids!

I am nw most aware that you have to be carefull when booking on line because the information and moreover the pictures could be very misleading. I suggest to avoid cheap places inn turistic areas.
Rooms were not actually bad inside, at least those I have seen at the 3rd floor, but the outside, the breackfast room, the lift and evrything is very poor looking. Furthermore they charge you for toll free calls (50c + tax) and something wrong in their system makes the line drop several times. They at first accepted to withdraw the cost of the lost calls and then they denied and said "they never said so". Unbelivable
