my car broke down on the way to the keys. My 6 year old was with so, I decided to just get a room for the night and deal with the car later. The staff is extemely rude. My 6 year old found a crack pipe in the extremely dirty microwave. When i went to complain and ask for my money back I was told there are no refunds. I called the police and filed a report concerning the crack pipe and will also file a report with my credit card company. Unless you're into drugs DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was in such a state! The airconditioning unit looks like it has not been cleaned for ages. There were holes on the walls. The carpet and toilet is filthy. The beddings looked like it has not been changed. When we complained about the condition of the room, we were told it's because we availed of their ads re: discount on Traveller's Guide. And it was just $5.00 off! We have to buy cheap bed sheet from WalMart just so we can crash for the night as we are not comfortable using theirs. We did not turn the Aircondition on, in fear off inhaling bacterias that might have resided in there. We decided to check out first thing in the morning and ask for our payment to be refunded. The worst hotel ever. We are surprised that such hotel is still in operation. It should fail Health and Safety Standards inspection!

Upon arrival, with copy of reservation in hand, we were advised that we did NOT have a reservation. The clerk was extremely rude - was unhappy that all 4 of us were staying in one room, even though the reservation was for 4 adults and we are all family members! Had to request additional towels, since the room provided was only prepared for 2 guests. The only "plus" to the entire experience was that the towels were new - still fluffy.

The clerk acted like we were intruding on her private time - she really didn't want to assist us at all.

The advertised "continental breakfast" consisted of stale quarters of a blueberry muffin. The coffee pots were so dirty, we would not even think of drinking from them.

The ice machine by the office was not working.

We were happy to leave the next morning - - and will not be back.

Located on US 1, near Walmart, this place is on a busy, noisy road. We asked for a room away from the road and this was provided although you could still hear street noise--trucks, loud motorcyles, etc. The place is old and worn and the rooms show it--they are large, but need alot of work. The worst part of the one day stay was the joke of the "continental breakfast"--it was really bad--coffee, toast and small pieces of cut up breakfast cake and they ran out of that quickly and were slow to replenish it--the staff did not seem to care about the customers.
