We where pleasently shocked to discover 29 South since this was not one of "the" talked about places to eat on the Island. We stumbled across it on one of our outings. The food was by far the best we had in our 5 day stay on Amelia Isand. To start our meal, the crab cakes were full of crab and not loaded down with breading. My husband had the boneless pork which was served on top of a mound of scalloped potatoes with crisp green beans. I had delicately flavored talopia so artfully arranged on top of a hill of mashed potatoes and veggies. Each plate should have been photographed for a magazine cover. I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food very artfully arranged. The service was great too.
