I want to give a great review for the restaurant, but it was obviously lacking something. We, a party of three, ordered. Five minutes later we were informed by our waiter the Chilean Sea Bass was no longer available. Twenty-Five minutes later we were informed the Kansas Strip was not available. Again we were informed by a very apologetic waiter. Why didn't the manager inform us personally. Why the communication problem between the kitchen and the waiter? A very fine restaurant, with great decor and great sound, drops the ball by not having the manager inform us of this snafu. Of course our dinners were held up by another half-hour. We were not offered anything for this delay and this poor customer service (the waiter was quite good).
This restaurant has great potential but we were sorely disappointed by the poor communication and the lack of a courtesy visit by the manager.
