Very popular for good reason, basic Italian food prepared well' No it is not like eating in Italy but it is the best place near fernandina for pasta etc, Owner is always present and he and the staff are extreanly pleasant. Wine list is okay and the prices are fair

We just returned from a 10 day Royal Caribbean cruise followed by a night at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec. Great food every day but no better than Ciao. This the best Italian we have had in a long time with service to equal any. The Taramisu was the highlight of the meal. We will be regular customers at Ciao's

Here's the deal.... its great italian food cooked and served by people who genuinely seem interested that you love what you have and that you have a LOVED experience. Bottom line is that everyone in my group of 6 loved what they had and the staff really worked to make sure everyone there that night was happy...and there were a lot of them. Only complaint was that we had reservations that I had double-confirmed but still had to wait a bit for a table. They were gracious, seated us a soon as they could and took fantastic care of us the remainder of the night. Now that they say they are moving "onto the island" it can only get better...new place is a better location and with the crowds their food and service draws, bigger place is bettter. Well done and we will be back for sure!

Luca & his wife, Kim, have nurtured this gem of a restaurant. Fresh, homemade, scrumptious menu. Fully packed every night! But they are moving to a bigger spot in downtown Fernandina- now more guests will enjoy this fantastic restaurant!
