“Great Location, Nice Hotel!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

This hotel is right on the beach, so location doesn't get any better! The rooms have just been redone and are so nice - a low key costal sort of theme. My room was on the road so there was noise, but it didn't really bother me. They serve a cooked - to - order breakfast for no charge! Surprising, these days. I'd certainly return with my husband next time!

Room Tip: The rooms by the road are noisy...

We have never been to Amelia Island and had the opportunity to get a great rate on this hotel through Groupon. We really liked the cleanliness of this hotel as well as the friendly atmosphere. As other reviewers stated, the room had a bit of an odd layout in that the entry opened to the bath and bedroom and then on the opposite side of the bed was a living room. But, very few places are perfect. We did enjoy the historic downtown shoppes and the Palace Saloon. So, it could be possible that we would stay closer to that area next time.

Room Tip: Rooms on the Atlantic side do have an oceanview, however, the view would be better on the third floo...

LOVED LOVED LOVED the weekend. It was a short weekend escape and met all expectations. Location was good, room was well maintained. People at the front desk were very helpful and made good suggestions. The cook to order breakfast was a nice treat.

Room Tip: Room overlooking the city parking area had a little extra noise, I'm sure. I would request a hi...

This is a boutique property that is clean in a good location on the beach and, more importantly, there's a Great staff with a very helpful and pleasant attitude. They also offer a limited number of pet friendly rooms.

Room Tip: They have a limited number of pet friendly rooms.

We booked this through travelzoo for a special price. What a great find! The hotel was very accommodating. We arrived early, we weren't able to check in right away so Jordan took my cell phone number and texted us when our rooms were ready. We went exploring in the historic downtown. We didn't use the pool since it was a little cool during our visit. The breakfast in the morning was awesome, made to order eggs! All of the staff were very friendly. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we will certainly come back and stay here again.

Room Tip: Almost all rooms have a room with a view of the ocean.

If you want to be close to the beach, this is the place. The room was neat, clean, and had a small balcony with a super view of the ocean. EVERYONE at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff went above and beyond to facilitate a room change for my daughter and I. The suites are divided into 2 rooms and that s just what we needed. The nice hot breakfast in the AM was a plus too. Just remember not to leave your car parked in the public lot overnight (right next to the hotel). There is underground parking and a small lot just behind the hotel that s OK to use. The front desk staff will explain and direct you. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: The suites are divided into 2 rooms and can accomodate up to 4 because of the added sleeper sofa. Th...

Great beach location, very clean, efficient and friendly staff. Cooked to order breakfast (included) a welcome change from the standard waffles, frozen sausage and biscuits and microwave eggs. We had a small suite for the price of a super 8 room. ( got a super rate through Travelzoo) Booked for one night but rearranged plans so we could stay another. handy bar/restaurant right next door and lots of other options within a short drive.

Room Tip: higher floors have beach view
