The property was beautiful with very friendly staff, amazing cooked-to-order breakfast, clean, well stocked rooms with outstanding product quality. We will recommend this resort to others and would consider returning at another time.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Superior Queen room which had a view of the ocean and a spacious area with sink, mi...

Breakfast has cook to order eggs, bacon, fruit, grits, biscuits and gravy, along with the other standard hotel offerings.
Clean rooms, only problem for us was all the rooms only have one King bed and one sofa bed. We were two unrelated people who wanted separate beds.

Room Tip: ask for ocean view room

Tucked away, oceanfront - a jewel of a place. European style rooms, impeccably appointed. Best bed ever in a hotel! Gracious staff and wonderful breakfast - thank you Chefs!

Additionally, Sandy Bottoms restaurant next door! They have a great beach menu and killer shrimp quesadilla!

GREAT 'chill' upscale beach location - Not pretentious, just like the historic town Ferdandina, just lovely!

My husband and I stayed for two nights January 13 and 14th for a birthday getaway. The suite had a separate bedroom as well as small fridge and microwave and was beautiful, newly decorated and immaculate. The bed was really comfortable. Even though we were there in the middle of the week, we had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage and pancakes cooked to order. The staff was friendly, especially Dwayne (DJ) the chef. Best of all it was right next to the beach. The local beach bar and grill next-door called Sandy Bottoms was a great place to eat, drink and be entertained just steps away from our hotel. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the suite, the only mirror is in the bathroom.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the degree of comfort we experienced during our 3 day weekend at the Seaside Amelia. First thing to appreciate is the "studio" design of the room which separates the sleeping space from the sitting area, (each with its own TV if you like that sort of thing). Well placed were the amenities including microwave, fridge, sink, coffee. Wonderful hot breakfast is included, offering eggs, pancakes, grits, bacon, sausage, bagels, muffins - cooked to order by a skilled cook with a gracious and helpful manner. Practically ON the beach and located near to downtown. Across the road is Fort Clinch offering nice hiking and/or bike rides on bikes that can be rented just outside the Inn. Very highly recommended.

The Inn is clean fresh and well kept. The room I stayed in was quite small, fine with the groupon coupon. The breakfast was mediocre and could easily be stepped up a notch. The location is beautiful, right in the beach, easily accessible

Loved this place! Fantastic locale. Wonderful staff. Made to order breakfast by the one and only Pete the chef. Great cook with a fun personality! Hubby was pleased with the garage parking. Quaint shops and local eateries were plentiful. The studio was furnished nicely with a 70's style flair. And to top it off we got a great deal through Travelzoo. Hope to visit again in warmer weather!
