Had very bad experience with room. Exchanged to a smaller room because no TV in bedroom side of room, bad lighting, and no cold water in the shower. They really need to do better on the rooms for the price you pay.

It's not quite the boutique hotel it calls itself. The room was clean and modern enough but not great. We had a suite and the sitting area had a serious lack of furniture. There was one small sofa and one chair so uncomfortable that we only used it to set cell phones on while charging. There no table or desk. We brought a nightstand in from the other room just to have a place to sit a drink while watching tv. Speaking of tv, it'd be nice to have one in the bedroom? And the bedroom? No dresser or solid surface anywhere. One suitcase stand and that's it.

The location is good, the staff is friendly and everything was clean enough but it's lacking amenities. It was cheap enough but upgrade a little and it'd be even better and worth paying a little extra.

Fantastic location directly on the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff were AMAZING. Breakfast was simple but great. I had read reviews that said the room was small, I thought it was ok. We spent most our time on the balcony, beach or rooftop terrace, which have amazing views by the way. We loved it so much we spent a second night unplanned. We have found our new favorite hotel for our stays in Amelia Island. Bed was extremely comfortable, pillows were small but the bed was only a full size, there was a fold out couch that the kids slept on. Hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Located near everything and walking distance to the Fort Clinch State Park! Yes the pool is small and shallow at only 3 ft deep, but who cares when you have a whole ocean right beside it!??!

The perfect location near the historic part of town, beach, and Fort Clinch. Room was very small but did include refrigerator and microwave. Staff were very helpful. We were woken up twice in one night by a defective fire alarm and they didn't offer any compensation for that. Continental breakfast included but juice machine wasn't working. Free internet access was a plus.
