“Our 3rd time there - what a disappointment!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2012 via mobile

My husband ordered pasta fagiole; it was all pasta and no flavor. The waiter gave us no satisfaction. Before the main course was served, my hubby. Went to men's room. He witnessed a cook use the facility and walk out back to kitchen without washing his hands. Our server was informed and the worker was pointed out to him. No manager came to talk to us and nothing more was said about the incident. Our main courses were mediocre, and we'll never go back. They need to learn what is important in running a restaurant. Very disappointing. Don't go there if you value your health!!

“Wonderful early dining experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2012

Last week, my husband and I went to Ristorante Farfalla to experience their early dining , which was $50 for two including a bottle of wine. Imagine our delight when we saw that we had filet, grouper, veal, and loin lamb chops among our choices. The wine was good, the bread was fresh and warm, and the service impeccable. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Also we appreciated that they accommodated my husband's allergy to garlic by offering a double of vegetables or pasta with a olive oil or butter sauce. We're looking forward to going back very soon, and we're bringing friends, too.

“Not bad”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

I went here last night. The service was good - friendly and helpful with suggestions. I had the sea bass which was a little bland but tasted fresh so enjoyable. It was accompanied by a very tasty potato gratin and julienned veggies which were a little underdone. My friend had veal piccata which he enjoyed. With the 2 dinners and a glass of wine each, the tab was $74. It's located in a strip mall - but was fun by the time we left at 7:30 so must get a steady crowd.

“Something wrong here.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

Nearly an hour til first glass of wine was on the table. Food served cold. Some in our party were finished before the last were served. Bread arrived at 45th minute. Pre dinner beer showed up with dessert.

“Excellent place with great Italian food, great service and comfort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

My husband and I visited this restaurant on the last night of our vacation. Lovely room, quiet atmosphere and an astonishingly large Italian menu, with terrific choices in every category. Our waiter was excellent and tried very hard to help - even to getting me a new plate of veat WITHOUT capers, as the kitchen didn't respond to my original request. Everything was delicious, from the cioppino to the veal to the ricotta cheesecake and tiramisu.
Highly recommended.

p.s. For those who want a scotch before dinner, you won't find it here. Beer and wine are on the menu and there are extensive choices. If you must have hard liquor before eating, I'd recommend having a drink at home, rather than missing the experience of this wonderful place.
